DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

DELIVERY
It is important that you register an adress where you or someone else can receive and sign off the delivery. The delivery is normally made by DHL or UPS and it will take 3-7 working days to receive the package. There will be no notification prior to the delivery.

RETURNS

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is in unused condition and labels are fully intact. The return should be made within 14 days after receipt of your product. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card upon the return of the product. Please note that your expenses for returning the product to us will not be refunded.

HOW TO DO A RETURN

1. The return should be made within 14 days after receipt of your product. Please contact Oblure’s customer service at info@oblure.com before you make the return.
2. Fill in the return form that you will receive from us.
3. Book the return delivery according to the instructions on the return form. Please keep your parcel number in case we would need to track the parcel. Please use the original wrapping and add the printed order confirmation along with your return. Please note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. The return should be send to following adress:

4. When we have received and approved the return the payment will be refunded to the card you used when placing your order. Alternatively the invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice will be send out that covers the cost for the return.

If you would like to exchange your product, please make a return and place a
new order.
